Technology

Machine operated rotatory and box components on computer numerical control (CNC) lathe machines and machine centers. We maintain lathing and milling on standard machines. Furthermore, we are able to provide locksmith’s work, welding of CO, tube bending, assembling of sets and functional facility, shot-blasting, lacquering and component coating, plane surfaces lap.

Specifications of Technology

There is a maximum diameter of workpiece 450 mm, length 600 mm, and minimum diameter 6 mm when operating a CNC lathe machines. A rod is lathed up to 66 mm in diameter and maximum length of a rod up to 600 mm. In Machine tool centers is a maximum weight of a workpiece 30 kg, component dimensions 700x350x350. Machine operated workpieces are carbon and stainless steel, aluminum and bras cast and grey cast iron. The accuracy grade stands IT 7, IT 8.

Type of production equipment

CNC lathe machines S 50 CNC, manufacturer: ZPS Zlín, lathe machines WEILER 2 CNC and GILDEMEISTER CTX 400 Serie 2, Traub etc. Machine centres PICOMAX 80 CNC, 82 CNC (18000 min-1), manufacturer: FEHLMANN, DMU 80T – fifth axis centre, DMC 835V. Except machines as above, we also have standard lathe machines SV 18, R 36, R 47, R60, milling machines FA 4, FA 3, drills VR 2, VR 4, V 10 and tool and cutter grinders. Standard Lathe machines and Turret lathe (SV 18, R 36, R 47, R 60)

Rotary components – production of components from rod material in diameter of 60 mm and length 1000 mm, blank of diameter up to 200 mm, weight up to 25 kg.

Numerical Control (NC) lathe machines (S50CNC, TRAUB 360 CNC, CTX 400, WEILLER 2 CNC)

Production of components from rod material in diameter of 60 mm, length 550 mm, blank of diameter up to 250 mm, weight up to 25 kg. There is a possibility of plain milling and milling from a side (grooves, hexagons etc.)

Milling (DECKEL MAHO DMU 80 T, PIX 80 CNC, PIX 82 CNC, PIX 60, DMC 835 V)

Milling

 - including three-dimensional (possible in five axis), flat components length up to 700 mm, cases 500 x 500 x 500 mm, weight of a component up to 50 kg. Drilling, milling, cutting threads on standard machines.

Grinding round

 – internal diameter up to 100 mm, length 500 mm. flat – maximum dimension 1000 x 300 x 300 mm.

Welding

Welding services in protective atmosphere CO2, Argon on MEGATRONIC 400 machines, MIG-MAG. We provide welding of stainless steel by Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) method.

Pressing

 of hose hydraulic end piece on hose hydraulic press machine FINN POWER P20MS. The range of pressing diameters 27 to 41 mm. By arrangement it is possible to purchase smaller or bigger size jaws. Hydraulic hoses can be pressed from supplied end pieces or we can produce end pieces on the basis of customer requirements.

Assembling

of subgroups or functional units from machine as well as electrical field.

Industry lacquering, cast lacquering.

Cast lacquering (alloys Al, Zn, Fe), maximum weight 40 kg, maximum dimension 1200 x 800 x 600 mm and Bodywork components, maximum weight 40 kg, maximum dimension 1200 x 800 x 600 mm. Drying and burning – range of burning temperature 20 to 80 °C

2K Epoxy polyester for internal environment
2K Polyurethane dissolving agent for external environment
2K Acryl urethane dissolving agent for external environment
1K and 2K Acrylurethane dilutable with water for external environment
Baked enamel- resistance to petrol and diesel.
Lacquering of bodywork components -lacquering line NOVOLINE
Lacquering of bodywork components, maximum weight 40 kg, maximum diameter 2000x800x200 mm, metallic painting, striping and graphics making by squirt.
Drying – range burning temperature 20 to 90 °C
Burning- maximum temperature 180°C
Painting material

1K and 2K Acrylurethane dilutable with water for external environment
The components require to have technological vents for the purpose of suspending in lacquering line.

Silk-screen printing

Description of area components is done by silk-screen printing technology. Two-component silk-screen printing materials for external environment.
