In the case of the request of the investors, we are able to represent them within the whole scope of the negotiation process and the approval of the construction, including the gathering of the respective building permits. In the case of the implementation of the technology, the technological parts of the project for the Building Permit are prepared in detail as the delivery documentation, so that it is possible to implement the construction according to this documentation. After agreement with the investor, it is possible to ensure the building permit part of the documentation or to prepare source materials for the specification of the construction parts for the tender or to provide professional standpoints to particular handed over bids.
